Together, we can end homelessness in Australia.
Homelessness isn’t always visible. In fact, 94% of those experiencing homelessness aren’t sleeping rough. They’re couch surfing, living in cars, or moving through temporary accommodation with no guarantee of stability. With 1 in 10 Australians now at risk of homelessness, it’s a confronting reality, but a solvable problem if we rally together.
A Home for All Foundation is an industry movement to drive awareness, raise funds and build long-term change for people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
It will take a collective effort, but together, we can create a home for all.

$1 million raised and we’re just getting started
In October 2025, the property industry united behind a cause – recognising that collectively we could play a vital role in addressing the growing homelessness crisis in Australia.
Over 350 participants, across 65 teams, spent A Night Without Home and shared in a unique experience to grow their understanding of the experience of homelessness that over 122,000 Australians experience every night.
With more than $1 million raised, the campaign was a huge fundraising success. In addition, the campaign raised awareness, highlighted the connection between the property industry and the issue of homelessness, and inspired meaningful action.
Thank you to everyone who took part and to the almost 3,000 people who supported them with a donation.
“As a business built around housing and community, we see it as our responsibility to help create real and lasting change for those who need it most.”
–Nigel O’Neil, Chief Executive, Woodards
“I think it’s almost impossible to imagine what it’s like for people until you’ve tested it...It’s been a real eye-opener for us.”
–Jackie Jones, Head of Operations and Strategic Partnerships, Laing & Simmons
FY26 Giving Focus
In FY26, the giving theme for A Home for All Foundation is Family and Domestic Violence.
The number of people experiencing homelessness due to domestic violence more than doubled between 2021-2024.
All funds raised through A Home for All Foundation in FY26 will be directed to charities supporting those experiencing homelessness due to domestic and family violence.
Funds will be distributed to DGR1 status charitable organisations, in line with the Foundation’s Charter. The selection of charities is at the discretion of an Advisory Committee, overseen by the Good2Give Community Fund.
